Who we are
Spektra Finance LLC ("Spektra Finance", "we") provides bookkeeping, accounting and payroll services from Ferndale, Washington. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers spektrafinance.com only; the way we handle your books as a client is covered by our engagement with you.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone and business name; the services you're interested in; your preferred language; your message.
- Employee application: your contact details, work history, skills, software, education, languages, availability, references and the statements you write.
- Accountant Application: your contact details, practice information, background and the statements you write.
Every form has a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. If it's filled, the submission is discarded.
What we never ask for
Social Security numbers, bank or card details, ID documents, salary history, dates of birth, citizenship or marital status. Please don't include them in a message. If a client engagement later requires sensitive documents, we'll arrange a secure way to share them; never through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule an appointment.
- To review an application for employment or a working relationship.
- To contact the references you list, only after speaking with you.
We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell, rent or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
How forms are delivered
When you send a form, it goes to a small program run by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, which emails it to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend also sends you a short confirmation. If Resend is unavailable, your browser sends the form to us through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, instead. The website itself doesn't store your submission; it lives in our email.
These services handle your submission only to deliver it (see "How long we keep it" below).
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. We don't run advertising trackers. The site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages and applications you send in our email records, and we don't delete them on a schedule. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask (see below) and we will.
Web3Forms keeps its own copy of anything sent through it for up to 3 years. Resend keeps a record of each email it delivers for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent through this site. Email office@spektrafinance.com and we'll do our best to reply within 1 business day.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
